National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health), 1994-2008 (ICPSR 31600)
For Study Numbers 33443 [Restricted Use] and 21600 [Public Use], the Lipids data file contains measures of triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and total cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio. Additional variables include, measurement method for triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein choleserol (HDL-C), Antihyperlipidemic medication use, joint classification of self-reported history of Hyperlipidemia and Antihyperlipidemic medication use, and fasting duration.

The Part 2 Wave IV DNA was updated with the addition of new genotypes.
The Wave IV DNA Data file contains the genotype values for DAT1 (dopamine transporter), DRD4 (dopamine D4 receptor), HTTLPR (serotonin transporter), MAOA-u (monoamine oxidase A-uVNTR), LaLgS, TRI (triallelic activity bins in 5HTTLPR), DRD2 (dopamine D2 receptor), RS4680, RS12945042, DRD5 (dopamine D5 receptor), MAOCA1 (monoamine oxidase a dinucleotide).
